Formation Architects is seeking an architect to join its high-end design team in London.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills and levels of experience:
- minimum three years experience, post RIBA Part 3
- excellent designer in the high-end residential sector
- pre-planning experience required
- listed building experience a bonus
- relevant experience in the UK residential sector
- strong technical knowledge at detailing stage
- good working knowledge of UK building regulations
- excellent Revit skills and AutoCAD skills beneficial
- flexible and committed attitude to work
- fluent in written and spoken English
