The studio
Our studio is based in the vibrant and historical centre of Greenwich, a World Heritage Site with the fantastic Cutty Sark, Royal Naval College, Greenwich Park and River Thames close by. Along with the renowned Greenwich Market, there are a range of shops, restaurants, gyms, nurseries and many other useful amenities nearby, making Greenwich a fantastic location to work. Our office is close to major transport routes (rail, bus, Thames Clipper, DLR and cycleway 4) and a ten-minute train commute to central London.
The role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic architectural assistants and qualified architects who are looking to develop their careers within a dynamic and sociable practice.
Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a UK architectural environment and have an understanding of UK building regulations. They will need to have excellent communication skills as they will be liaising directly with clients and consultants. They will also need to be comfortable working in an open-plan multi-team studio.
We need individuals who are motivated and can demonstrate ambition and initiative. They will be able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Dependent upon experience the role may also require the supervision of other team members.

Essential skills:
- residential (preferably large scale) and regeneration experience
- ability to lead on projects and work as part of a larger team
- ability and confidence to act as a liaison between clients/contractors and consultants
- working knowledge of current UK building regulations
- REVIT experience
- strong conceptual design skills
- proven design experience in practice
- self-motivation, enthusiasm and outstanding communication skills
Desirable skills:
- construction detailing skills
- proven project running and delivery experience
- knowledge of software such as Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp
