DMBA is seeking a senior technical architect to join its team in London.

We currently have several significant projects and a strong pipeline across a range of sectors with opportunities in commercial and residential, across both architecture and interior design. It is an exciting time to join us and develop your experience with an agile, evolving business. We are fundamentally looking for an individual who wishes to grow with the practice and deliver the highest quality architecture, whilst investing in nurturing junior members of the team.
DMBA is seeking a technically astute and self-motivated senior architect who is passionate about mentoring others within the studio. This individual will be required to satellite across multiple projects, providing technical support and guidance where needed. Support will be provided by the studio’s founder, however, autonomous and self-directed working is a must.
Details of main duties and areas of responsibility:
- minimum of seven years professional experience
- sound knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
- excellent knowledge of building regulations and construction techniques
- ability to manage workload and meet deadlines whilst working effectively on several projects at the same time
- ability to work with confidence autonomously and as part of a team
- able to work under pressure and accept constructive criticism
- good level of communication skills, with the necessity to liaise with colleagues, external consultants, and clients
- current eligibility to work in the UK and excellent written and spoken English
