Applicants should be able to demonstrate experience in:
- producing working drawing packages for contemporary buildings – we would like to see a range of examples from different projects
- understanding client requirements and always delivering a professional approach
- working collaboratively with consultants to create strong teams and deliver quality buildings

- a working knowledge of JCT and RIBA contracts and UK Building Regulations
- have experience running projects on site (references will be required)
experience or some knowledge of NBS specifications - producing quality CAD drawings, preferably with Vectorworks but not essential
Our studio is small and growing. Our team is adaptive to the requirements of any project or practice. We work in small teams to ensure people are not isolated on projects and to provide supportive conditions to get the best from each other, the project, consultants and our clients. We have regular studio lunches and events throughout the year to spend time together as a team. We also offer individual mentoring and training for individuals to support personal growth and career progression.
“We create sustainable spaces that offer the chance to be, pause, reflect and grow. Places to retreat to, to be sheltered by. Places that nurture the soul.”
We are based in the beautiful town of Lymington, Hampshire, on the coastal edge of the New Forest. You should live, or be able to relocate to, within one hour’s commute of the office (preferable, but not essential). We are flexible and offer a hybrid working model. Salary levels are competitive and consistent with the upper levels of RIBA benchmarking, and we offer great benefits and well-being initiatives.
