Landscape architect
at R-LA
R-LA is currently looking for a landscape architect to join its London team.
R-LA are currently engaged in a variety of very exciting projects from concept design through to construction. R-LA’s projects include large-scale podium deck residential, public realm, education and high-end private schemes.
We are looking for a passionate landscape architect with great graphic skills, experience in hard and soft landscape detailing and the ability to resolve design constraints in a creative manner.
You will be a CMLI landscape architect with at least four years UK experience. Your wide ranging responsibilities will include managing projects, delivering planning application design packages, detailed construction design, attending construction sites and liaising with clients and the design team.
Software expertise:
- AutoCAD essential (Revit would be an advantage)
- Adobe Suite essential
- SketchUp
Required skills:
- excellent written and spoken English
- demonstrable technical construction design ability
- UK plant knowledge
- knowledge of relevant UK building regulations
- creative design flair from sketch concepts to technical detailing
We work in a supportive and creative modern studio environment in the heart of Clerkenwell’s design quarter.
Position: permanent
