Based in central London and established in 2007 by directors Andy Heyne, Mark Tillett and Tom Steel, the practice now has over 170 people. We are currently working on exciting and innovative projects throughout the UK for many of the leading developers and architects.

About the role
We are seeking a passionate, inquisitive and diligent first line IT support technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the daily operations of our IT systems by addressing, recording and resolving a wide variety of support issues. If you are an enthusiastic individual who thrives on taking early responsibility and providing exceptional support, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- serve as the primary point of contact for IT support, from initial contact through to efficient problem resolution
- assemble, configure and deploy hardware such as desktops, laptops and tablets, both onsite and remotely
- provide comprehensive support for network printers
- manage, maintain and deploy a diverse range of software
- assist with Microsoft Office 365 support and administration, including user account management, SharePoint support and Teams configuration and support.
- perform user account setup and administration using Active Directory.
Experience and attributes:
- strong time management skills and a commitment to punctuality
- exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- capable of working efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines
- familiarity with Windows 10, iOS, and Android operating systems
- understanding of network TCP/IP protocols, LAN and WAN
- team player who is comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment
