There is an opportunity for an architectural designer/senior architectural designer with Revit skills at 10 Design to join its Hong Kong office.

About the role
We have opportunities for architectural designer/senior architectural designer with Revit skills to join our international architecture and master planning practice. As a member of our team, you will work on diverse international projects ranging from large-scale master plans to individual buildings. We pride ourselves on bringing innovative design solutions for multicultural projects with economic and social integrity.
Responsibilities:
- produce high-quality design work in line with 10 Design’s philosophy
- ownership and responsibility for maintaining the client brief
- thorough research into the design brief and subject matter
- produce sketches, options and diagrams to effectively communicate the design options opportunities challenges that clients need to be aware of
- deliver designs effectively in a timely manner
- mentor junior members of the staff
Requirements and qualifications:
- degree or Master of Architecture
- three to five years of relevant postgraduate experience
- strong desire to deliver excellent architectural design with a strong attention to detail and construction
- excellent sense of graphics and documentation of drawing packages
- working experience gained in Asia or Middle East
- advanced knowledge and experience of Autodesk Revit, including experience with model set up and family creation
- sound knowledge of Rhino, AutoCAD, familiar with Grasshopper, Dynamo and Rhino inside Revit
- experience in developing the BIM skills of junior members of staff would be an advantage
- a confident personality that can communicate and engage at all levels, with fluent and written English essential
- more experienced candidates may be considered for an associate level position
