Project Architect
at Studio Malaqueen
Studio Malaqueen has an opportunity for a Project architect or project manager within its team in London.
We are a young architectural practice, looking for someone who wants to manage their own projects and can continue the practice’s ethos of offering a bespoke architectural design service.
We:
- ultra-flexible work model – work from wherever you are and meet often with the team in central London
- various projects in high end residential properties and bespoke retail spaces
- small team, close to our clients
You:
- RIBA Part 3 qualified or similar level as a minimum
- aesthetic sensibilities and good design skills
- excellent technical skills
- experience in FF&E procurement and sourcing is a plus
- commercial experience is required
- knowledge of BIM is required (Archicad or REVIT)
- knowledge of SketchUp and Enscape would be a plus
- excellent graphic skills using Adobe Suite
- excellent knowledge of English, both written and verbal; knowledge in French will be a plus
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of professional experience working in the UK, working in a design-focused practice.
