Experienced Part 2 Architect; newly qualified Part 3 Architect

ADE Architecture has an opportunity for an experienced Part 2, or a newly qualified Part 3 architect to join its London office.
This award-winning practice, renowned for its expertise in high-end residential architecture and mixed-use projects, is looking for a candidate adept at client-facing, meticulous at detailing and imbued with a passion for architecture.
Successful applicants will join our small team, working on a number of exciting projects in London. With projects at various scales and RIBA stages, you will get the opportunity to see projects from start to finish, with involvement on site and with contract administration. Support will be provided to applicants wishing to pursue their Part 3.
The successful candidate will contribute to the growth and character of the practice.
Applicants must have:
– RIBA Part 2 qualification
– Experience of using Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp, in practice
– Excellent written and spoken English
– Experience of using, Office, Outlook and Excel, in practice
– Understanding of residential projects and standards in the UK
– The capacity to complete detailed working drawings under the guidance of more senior staff
– A willingness to learn job running skills from concept to completion
– Relevant work permits and be living in the UK at the time of application
The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate:
– Self-motivation, proactivity, initiative, and team-working experience
– Clarity and confidence in communication – in writing, drawing, on screen and in person
– The ability to work through technical issues and be familiar with the relevant codes and UK building regulations
– The ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a team
The role will offer exposure to all RIBA work stages including contract administration.
