Sybarite is hiring a senior interior designer/architect to join its team in London.

About the role
Sybarite is seeking candidates who are passionate about design and keen to collaborate on key mixed-use projects.
This is a key role within the project team that will focus on interior architecture and base build on large-scale luxury retail projects from concept design to completion.
As a key team member, you will balance design, technical ability, and efficiency to deliver cohesive architectural projects that are aesthetically innovative and technically feasible.
About you
- minimum five years’ luxury design experience delivering mixed-use projects globally
- strong visual storytelling skills, naturally igniting great rapport and adapting style to all levels
- able to confidently take responsibility in leading CD, SD and DD package delivery managing resources and workload
- superb knowledge of materials and finishes
- able to confidently assist the associate in the design and production of interior or architectural projects within the office
- manage and mentor a small group, leading and motivating them towards deadlines
- consider the relationship between creativity and technical design as fluid
- collaborative with other disciplines such as signage, installation, branding and architecture
- good knowledge of Rhino and AutoCAD required (visualisation), knowledge of Revit preferred
- previous retail design experience is a must
- experience in tenant guidelines, FF&E and CRM packages an advantage
