What we’re looking for
We are seeking a talented, motivated and creative senior project architect to join our dedicated team. This individual will lead and contribute to innovative, design-led projects that range from bespoke one-off homes to high-end residential developments. You will play a significant role in shaping the creative direction of the studio while maintaining hands-on involvement in project delivery.

The role
Salary range:£47,500 to £52,500 (dependent on experience)
We are looking for a talented, motivated and creative senior project architect to lead aspirational projects and contribute to the studio’s evolving creative direction.
You will:
- lead both international and national projects that are innovative, creative and high-profile
- be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and understanding of their aspirations
- present work to clients in a compelling and engaging manner, delivering presentations that inspire confidence and excitement
- promote a collaborative team atmosphere by mentoring junior members, fostering creativity and leading by example
- ensure projects are fully resourced, managed efficiently and delivered on time, maintaining an exceptional standard of design and technical output
- continuously seek opportunities to improve both design and operational processes across the practice
Skills and experience:
- experienced architect with a minimum of five years post-qualification, of documented job-running experience
- experience working on high-end residential and developer-led projects in both the UK and internationally
- a passion for creativity and innovation, with a proven track record in producing exceptional concept design and technical output
- strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
- proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Vectorworks or SketchUp.
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to present ideas clearly and professionally
