NVB is seeking an architectural team leader to join its team in Somerset, UK.
Position
We are seeking a senior architectural team leader to join an exciting Architectural and landscape design practice specialising in the education sector.
Responsibilities:
- delivery of exciting projects up to £30m through all RIBA stages
- managing a team of up to 8 people providing leadership, mentoring and support
- contribution to the management of the practice with opportunity for the right candidate to progress to Associate level.
Qualities we are looking for:
- architectural flair
- honesty, integrity and empathy
- excellent communication skills
- confident project delivery
- traditional and D&B contract experience
- experience of education sector is important but not critical
- experience of heritage work beneficial but not critical
