Heyne Tillett Steel is an award-winning structural and civil engineering practice with a reputation for intelligent design and innovative, practical solutions. Based in central London and established in 2007 by directors Andy Heyne, Mark Tillett and Tom Steel, the practice now has over 180 people.
We are currently working on exciting and innovative projects throughout the UK for many of the leading developers and architects. About the role
We are seeking a marketing director to provide leadership, vision and strategic direction for one of the UK’s most exciting and dynamic Engineering consultancies as we continue to grow and strengthen our position in the industry.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on helping shape and deliver business strategy.
You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a comprehensive and experienced in-house the team, while working closely with the founders and board directors to define and implement strategies that enhance our profile, reinforce our values and drive meaningful engagement with clients and partners.
With proven experience in delivering high-impact campaigns, websites and brand initiatives along with making sure the day-to-day is world class, you will bring both creativity and commercial acumen to the role.
A confident and strategic thinker, you will be comfortable challenging ideas at the highest level while remaining hands-on and involved in delivery.
Above all, you will be a completer-finisher, able to turn vision into reality and ensure every initiative adds value to the practice.
