Copper & Ash is hiring a mid-weight commercial interior designer to join its team in the Midlands, UK.

We’re looking for a talented mid-weight interior designer to join our growing team.
About the role
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the variety of working across all stages of a project – from early concept development to drawing packs and FF&E specification. You’ll collaborate closely with our senior designers but should be confident in managing your own workload and deadlines.
You’ll be involved in:
- space planning and layout development
- concept design and mood boards
- 3D visualisation and presentation material
- drawing and detailing for tender/design intent
- FF&E sourcing and scheduling
- liaising with clients and suppliers
What we’re looking for:
- three to five years’ experience in commercial interior design (hospitality, workplace or retail ideal)
- proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modelling software (Cinema 4D preferred, but others considered)
- strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
- ability to work independently and manage time and deadlines remotely
- a team player who’s confident supporting others and adapting to changing project needs
- excellent communication and presentation skills – fluent spoken and written English is essential
- a degree in interior design or interior architecture
- a good eye for design and detail, with an understanding of project budgets
- a proactive mindset with a positive, solution-focused approach
- based in the UK (Midlands preferred)
