Experienced Part 2 or recently qualified Part 3 architect

Allen Architects is seeking either an experienced Part 2 or a recently qualified Part 3 architect to join its studio in London.
Allen Architects is a vibrant, design-led architect practice based in southeast London, working across both residential and commercial sectors offering a professional, honest and collaborative service. Our approach is always tailored, creating spaces that genuinely suit our clients and the way they live and work.
We are currently working on a number of exciting bespoke residential projects and are looking for a motivated, creative, experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant or a recently qualified Part 3 architect to assist in the design and delivery of projects from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will also have a strong technical focus as well.
Skill set:
- postgraduate qualification in architecture (RIBA Part 2 and/or Part 3) or equivalent overseas degree
- minimum two years’ experience working within a UK-based architectural practice with past involvement across all RIBA work stages
- on-site experience
- able to develop detailed technical proposals with a high level of design
- highly organised and able to multitask multiple projects at any one time
- excellent communication skills and experience of working with clients, contractors and other suppliers
- experience of UK statutory regulations
- good attention to detail across all areas of design
- proficiency in Autocad, sketchUp Pro, Adobe CS NBS Chorus
We would also welcome submissions from applicants with strong hand-drawing/illustration/sketching skills.

Salary is between £32K – £45K depending on experience.
