Arpad Baksa Architect is looking for a junior architect to join its team in New York.
Arpad Baksa Architect, P.C. is a small, award-winning architectural firm located in Manhattan’s financial district. Accomplishments include a wide body of work across many different disciplines and styles. Currently, our projects encompass new construction, restorations, preservation, interior work and green building construction.
We are seeking a full-time junior architect (up to three years experience) who is creative and highly organized. The applicant should be local or within driving distance of downtown Manhattan. Salary commensurate with experience.
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- an architecture degree from an accredited institution
- experience in all phases of design, from conceptual design to construction documents
- ability to work collaboratively
- strong proficiency in using AutoCAD and Photoshop
- basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- proficiency in Revit a plus
