About the role
We are seeking a highly creative and technically accomplished senior designer to join our London studio.
This role is suited to a designer with a background in product design or architecture, who can move seamlessly between object and space, from product design to fully developed spatial environments.
The ideal candidate combines a refined design sensibility, strong brand awareness, and the technical expertise required to translate ambitious concepts into precise, buildable solutions.
What you’ll do:
- lead concept development in alignment with brand identity and client vision, translating strategic ideas into compelling design directions
- design across scales — from product and furniture to spatial interventions — ensuring coherence and precision throughout
- produce high-quality visualizations and presentation materials to clearly communicate design intent
- develop detailed technical drawing packages and oversee technical resolution, ensuring projects are fully buildable and production-ready
- guide the project beyond concept, collaborating closely with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to safeguard design integrity
- own the development process through production and on-site implementation, coordinating timelines and execution to deliver outcomes that faithfully reflect the original vision
Profile:
- degree in product design or architecture
- strong sensitivity to branding and experience shaping brand-led environments
- solid technical expertise with deep understanding of production and build processes
- exceptional attention to detail and material resolution
- ability to confidently move between conceptual thinking and technical development
- proactive, structured, and comfortable taking ownership across all project phases
