Kyle Smart Associates is hiring Part 2 architectural assistants to join its team in Bedfordshire, UK.
Due to our Part 2 assistants having completed their Part 3 exams, Kyle Smart Associates, a chartered and award-winning architectural practice, dedicated to the successful design and delivery of projects are looking for Part 2 Assistants to join its small friendly team in Bedfordshire. We currently specialise in sustainable social housing, supported living projects, special needs and community developments.
We are looking for Part 2 assistants with a flair for design with the ability, skills and motivation, to work alone or in a small team on multiple projects at the same time.
We are looking for people who have:
- strong design and detailing skills
- strong visualisation skills and an eye for presentation
- experience of UK regulatory framework including building regulations and CDM
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in Vectorworks, Twinmotion and BIM preferred but training will be given
- car driver is essential as our studio is in the countryside, but our projects are all over the Home Counties and into London
