Architect/experienced Part 2 architectural assistant
at IID Architects
IID Architects is looking for an experienced Part 2 qualified architectural assistant or recently qualified architect with job running experience to work at its London-based practice.
We are an award winning practice based in Richmond with an established reputation in education, masterplanning and community work. This has been recognised by shortlistings for an RIBA Award in 2016 and BD Education Architect of the Year (ursery to 6th Form) in 2017.
Requirements for potential candidates include good design, detailing and job running skills and knowledge in preparing drawings for planning, tender and construction phases. Experience of Revit is essential.
For those interested in pursuing their Part 3, we have an experienced Part 3 tutor in the office and currently have two assistants completing their professional practice with us. We offer ten days’ paid leave on top of annual leave for studying, course attendance and examinations in accordance with RIBA recommendations as well as mentoring support within the practice.
