at O'Briain Beary Architects
O’Briain Beary is looking for a lead technical architect to join its office in Dublin city centre.
The lead technical architect (or technologist) will operate at senior management level and will be responsible for the continued development of construction detailing and compliance standards within the office, both at design and site stage, as well as managing selected projects.
Candidates will have with five+ years’ post-graduation experience, strong technical and management skills, an enthusiasm for building and a sensitivity to good design.
Current workload includes a new hospital ward block, a large primary care clinic, several social housing projects in the 50-100 dwelling range, smaller housing projects, specialist healthcare and laboratory fit-outs and small office buildings for the semi-state sector.
