Part 3 architect/senior architectural technician
at Greig & Stephenson Architects
Greig and Stephenson Architects (GSA) is looking for a qualified architect/senior architectural technician, with a minimum of five years’ experience to join its growing practice in London.
GSA has particular specialism in market redevelopment, both nationally and internationally. The practice is passionate about the wider social and economic regenerative qualities of markets, public realm, and the accompanying community uses, start-up workspace and residential which also feature in our current workstreams.
We are considering full-time applicants.
Key skills required:
- confident to work independently as well as in a team
- an in-depth knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D software packages
- excellent Photoshop and InDesign skills
- good knowledge of planning and building regulations
- excellent design and spatial planning skills
- strong understanding of detailing and delivery of tender packages (experience at all RIBA Work Stages)
- time management skills and highly organised working methods
- able to prioritise challenging deadlines and work independently on own initiative, while also able to take instruction
- experience of interior projects will also be deemed favourable
- excellent written and spoken English
- confident communicator, able to liaise with clients and project consultants
