Project assistant/assistant design manager
Adamson Associates is looking for a project assistant/assistant design manager to join its team in London.
We have an exciting and highly progressive opportunity to join our project team as a project assistant/assistant design manager. You will support the project management and gain excellent experience and training working on one of London’s next big landmark developments. You will have full exposure to the pre-construction stage of the project all the way through to completion. This is a large project with the expected completion in 2025, this offers a great opportunity for personal growth within in the team as well as within the Company.
This position would suit an ambitious and switched on trainee looking for that next step or someone who has previously worked in a similar position, or have a background in technical, design or planning within construction.
Equally, this may interest a technical coordinator looking for that next step.
Requirements:
- must have excellent organisation and communication skills
- must be confident is use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel, Adobe acrobat/Bluebeam
- experience working as part of a team and on own initiative
- experience of diary management and appointment booking
- experience of minute taking and accurate recording of meetings
- have experience working in the construction industry with a technical background, have design or planning experience
