Red+White is looking for experienced Part 2 architectural assistants/architects to join its London studio.
We are a young, creative practice with a growing portfolio of projects throughout London. We are looking for UK experienced Part 2 assistants and architects to work on an exciting variety of projects from new-build houses to medium-scale residential developments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a broad experience from feasibility through to completion. You will be working as part of a small team within an established office environment minutes from Caledonian Road and Barnsbury Station in north London.
Skills and attributes
Successful candidates will demonstrate an aptitude for design within a tight urban context and have the ability to communicate their ideas through sketches, 3D visualisations and presentation drawings. Fluent English is essential as you will be expected to participate in client meetings and work in close contact with consultants and contractors to deliver high-quality projects.
Candidates with a working knowledge of planning policy, building regulations and an understanding of construction detailing will be preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe CS, SketchUp. Revit and V-Ray will also be an advantage.
