Levitt Bernstein is seeking a project assistant and document controller to join its team in London.
Levitt Bernstein is an award winning, design-led architectural practice of 130 people based in North London and Manchester. We are looking for a confident and well organised project assistant/document controller for our London office, to support and work with our project teams to ensure the smoothing running of projects, whilst also maintaining practice protocols.
The role will include:
- assisting with the smooth running of projects
- creating documents and reports
- manage and coordinate information issue protocols
- coordination and logging of project information via extranets and common data environments
- maintaining up to date project data records and protocols
- organise project meetings and general admin support to project teams
- colouring and labelling sketches and drawings using Photoshop
- research for project teams
- the ability to be methodical, accurate and have an excellent attention to detail, as well as good communication skills
- work with competing and often challenging deadlines
- work as part of both project and creative support teams
A creative background, undergraduate degree and previous experience are desirable. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Suite is essential as is a high level of speed and accuracy in all areas of work. Knowledge of Affinity Publisher and Affinity Photo useful. Experience of extranets required. Please note that while an interest in architecture and design is essential, this is an administrative support role.
