Part-III project architect
Innes Associates is looking for a Part-III project architect to join its growing team in London.
Innes Associates is a lively and driven practice that is planning to grow. We are looking for an ambitious and talented architect with technical proficiency and job-running skills for a project architect (Part-III + three years’ experience) role. The position comes with strong career development opportunities.
Successful candidates will lead committed and creative colleagues in developing interesting projects. They will be able to demonstrate job-running experience, technical proficiency, good communication skills and an excellent awareness of design. Opportunities are likely to include innovative schemes for mixed-use regeneration, education and urban design; though we respond in every case to an individual’s own skills and interests.
Required experience and skills:
- ARB Part-III registration with minimum three years of experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Revit [or willingness to learn]
- Strong technical skill, familiarity with UK planning and building regulations
- Excellent spoken and written English
Desired skills:
- InDesign
