London, UK
Training and development coordinator
at Charcoalblue
Charcoalblue is seeking a training and development coordinator to join its team in London.
Charcoalblue is the world’s leading multi-national theatre, acoustic, and digital consultancy. Founded in 2004, we have studios in London, Bristol, Glasgow, New York, Chicago and Melbourne and our team members currently work in a distributed way across three time zones (UK/USA/Australia).
We are looking to employ an experienced, approachable, and highly organised training and development coordinator to provide full-time support within our partnership. Building on our existing training and development resources, you will be primarily focused on delivering a training and professional development programme for our global team of 100. Working directly with our senior partners and managers, you will also benefit from day to day administrative and logistics support from our friendly global administrative team.
A self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative, you will have an HR learning and development qualification plus a minimum of two to three years’ demonstrable experience of having implemented and run training initiatives within an SME, ideally within a performing arts/design company, or within the engineering or construction industries.
As we work in a distributed model, the role may be undertaken from home with only occasional attendance in our UK studios. When government guidelines allow, there will be the option to work from one of our studios if preferred. The successful candidate will be required to adopt a flexible working hours approach in order to support our global team effectively.
We are an equal opportunities employer. Our mission is to create a diverse and inclusive working environment across our practice. Recruitment opportunities are open to all, but we are particularly keen to hear from ethnically diverse and disabled candidates, as these groups are currently under-represented within our teams. If you require this application in a different format or need support during the application process, please contact Sian Thompson via email ([email protected]) or telephone (020 7928 0000).
