Basha-Franklin is seeking a mid-weight interior designer to join its team in London.
Basha-Franklin is looking for an ambitious interior designer with commercial, workplace, and residential experience plus high-quality 3D rendering skills.
Requirements:
- must have five to ten years’ of interior design or architecture experience
- excellent 3D CAD and 3D rendering skills – ideally ArchiCAD or a willingness to be trained
- track record of high-quality design lead projects in the workplace, residential, and /or hospitality sectors
- excellent documentation skills
- natural aesthetic competence and alignment with the company quality and style
- strong effective creative problem solver
- work within agreed deadlines and project budgets
- passion for design and materiality
- excellent product knowledge
- ability to co-create with industry professionals
- a professional representative of the studio
- good communicator, positive and pragmatic
- self-starter, shows initiative, has a sense of urgency
