BIM coordinator

Design International is seeking a BIM coordinator to join its team in London.
DI is seeking a BIM coordinator to work with its project teams to maintain and employ effective BIM tasks and workflows through the life of projects.
The BIM coordinator responsibilities could include:
- developing and maintaining BIM protocols and BIM execution plans and other documentation
- ensuring protocols and adhered to
- validating LOD and BIM content
- ensuring the accuracy of models and datasets by establishing quality controls procedures
- providing training and assistance to the project team and explaining procedures and standards
- reviewing BIM models from consultants and contractors
- managing and updating BIM project documents
- verifying and extracting 3D model quantities
- clash detection and clash avoidance
- audit and review models in Autodesk Revit
As a BIM coordinator you will need to be highly organised, detail-oriented, hardworking and have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Specific qualification includes:
- knowledge in Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks and AutoCAD
- knowledge of basic construction process and procedures
- BIM knowledge and interest in working with construction technology
