Louise Jones Interiors is seeking a design assistant to join its team in London.
Louise Jones Interiors is looking for a motivated design assistant to join our small and very busy team. Assisting the whole team, you will be expected to provide input and support during all stages of our projects, from the concept and design phase, through to ordering and installation. Our projects are international, so the successful applicant should be available for occasional international travel to support the team at key meetings and installations.
Responsibilities:
- assisting the design team in ensuring the efficient operation of the studio
- working in collaboration with the design team to assist in creative processes where possible including design work and preparing for site meetings
- provide general administrative/office management support to the studio
- helping create mood boards and colour palettes
- supporting the day to day running of the design studio ensuring it is organised and tidy at all times
- maintaining existing databases, folders and filing
- supporting telephone and email enquiries for the design studio
- needs to be able to use Photoshop and InDesign
- knowledge of Estimac would be a bonus
