Jestico + Whiles is hiring a Communications Coordinator to join its team in London.

We are looking for someone who will think creatively about communicating our brand across all relevant channels.

The Communication Coordinator will:

• Create and own our marketing strategy, with a timeline of events.
• Manage social media and digital channels, including posting, scheduling, engaging, responding and analytics.
• Develop written and visual content for all channels.Create and update marketing communications material (with support from our graphic designer).
• Build strong relationships with existing and new media contacts.
• Maintain digital image library (Open Asset) and other collateral marketing assets.
• Maintain and update the practice’s website including projects, people, news and press updates.
• Lead on all communications and PR activity and coordinate the work of the appointed external PR/ communications agency.
• Compose and issue newsletters.
• Manage external events.
• Manage internal events including guestlists, attendance and follow up.
• Organise photography and film including selecting and
• commissioning photographers and liaison with clients for permissions.
• Compose and submit awards submissions.

Skills

1. Experience and fluency in digital channels.
2. Technical and artistic skill in editing images, video and animation.
3. Exceptional organisational skills.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
5. A knowledge and enthusiasm for the world of architecture or design, and ideally in the specialist sectors where Jestico + Whiles has, or aspires to have, and active presence.
6. Have strong existing media relationships.
