Junior interior designer
at TGP International
TGP International is seeking a junior interior designer to join its team in London.
TGP Design delivers high-end food & beverages and hospitality projects, working on the feasibility, concept and delivery of projects with varying requirements and size of projects.
We thrive on a friendly, creative atmosphere, encouraging all members of the team to have strong design input into projects.
The junior interior designer role offers the opportunity to work across all stages of the projects.
Objectives:
- have excellent communication and presentation skills
- a creative approach to all aspects of our projects
- assemble mood boards, collating presentations, FF&E direction
- compile working drawings and specifications with the support of the senior team
- experience in commercial interior design (hospitality experience desirable)
Requirements:
- two+ years’ experience in a similar role
- working knowledge of Vectorworks, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp and Microsoft Office
- working knowledge of FF&E, colour and material specification and development
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Whilst the successful candidate would be supported by the senior team, they must be able to manage a varying workload across multiple projects to meet client deadlines. Communication is key, and the role requires fluent spoken and written English.
