KSR Architects and Interior Designers is looking for an interior designer to join its team in London.
KSR Architects and Interior Designers is an award-winning design-led practice based in London specialising in high-end residential both in the UK and abroad.
Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a talented mid-weight/senior interior designer with an ambition to progress to the senior level where you will be responsible for creating and delivering design schemes that respond to client briefs.
Basic Requirements:
KSR has a number of high-end residential projects with luxury interiors and is looking for an Interior Designer, or an Architect with a strong interest in interiors, to join our team. Applicants should have over five years of UK experience and a proven track record in designing and delivering high-quality private homes. Applicants must demonstrate strong design and presentation skills as well as relevant technical knowledge. KSR is committed to working in a 3D BIM environment therefore Revit competence is an advantage.
The right candidate will have:
- strong design and visualisation skills
- ability to communicate ideas using a range of media
- good knowledge of products and materials and should be able to liaise confidently with suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors
- excellent communication skills – written, graphic, and verbal.
- a range of software skills
- experience in the high-end residential sector
- technical knowledge relevant to the UK
The role responsibilities will include:
- design lead on high-end interiors projects (residential single-end user)
- preparing material and sample boards
- producing drawings, visualisations and models
- early stage design and production of presentation material
- production of detailed technical drawings
