tp bennett is seeking a technical interior designer – associate director to join its practice in London.

The role
This role is highly specialized; a CAD drafter or technical designer exhibiting expert use of AutoCAD, Revit and additional software to create high-quality design drawings for building construction and project creation while including building codes and specifications for design.
Requirements:
- demonstrable experience in work space design fields
- London fit out experience
- strong portfolio is an advantage
- ability to communicate ideas three dimensionally
- must have intermediate Revit experience
- computer literate, with excellent skills in Auto Cad, In Design, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- ability to sketch is desirable
- excellent conceptual design and presentation skills
- strong communication skills
- ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- a flexible approach to work, especially when travel or long hours of work are required
