Spaceagency is seeking a bid manager to join its team in London.
Spaceagency is a destination experience design company specialising in wayfinding and urban experience masterplanning. Our team employs a unique blend of urban analytics, destination positioning and branding, wayfinding and placemaking expertise to curate human-centric journeys through unforgettable places.
Our international client portfolio includes cities, global brands and collaborations with renowned design studios. Projects will include wayfinding for giga-projects in the Middle East, visitor experience design strategies, as well as exhibition design projects.
Duties:
- managing the process of tendering for new projects in a busy and successful business with many ongoing existing leads and tenders coming in every week
- developing processes to optimising consistency and operational efficiencies in the tender preparation process
- planning, organising and executing competitive tenders for submission to clients
- managing and executing proposal/tender submissions in InDesign
- managing tender deadline schedule, with more than one tender running concurrently
- liaising with clients and partners on the requirements for each tender
- keeping up to date materials for input into tenders to streamline tender process, including: project marketing sheets, company CVs, company capability statements, company policies and pricing lists
- writing a bespoke blurb for each tender (with input from others) on our understanding of the project and suitability to address its specific requirements
- developing quotations in Excel (with input from others)
- streamlining company’s pricing strategies for tenders for consistency from project to project (with input from others)
- managing tender portals
- tracking leads and conversions (using established system)
