Interior designer

Lister + Lister is looking for talented and motivated interior designers to join its studio in Leeds, UK.
Lister + Lister are a close knit team specialising in large scale residential design, with live projects throughout the UK. You should be inquisitive, driven, excellent at problem solving and able to think on your feet.
You must have a passion for design and a strong eye for detail.
Key responsibilities:
- assisting in the creative vision alongside the directors and senior designers
- delivering design work from concept to detail
- be able to present design concepts and ideas with confidence
- liaising with consultants and suppliers
Knowledge and experience:
- proven experience working on multi-unit residential developments
- knowledge of space planning and concept development
- experience producing detailed drawings packages and schedules
- experience of working to UK statutory requirements
- good knowledge of joinery and construction detailing
- exceptional attention to detail
- excellent time management skills
- strong multi-tasking skills
- a keen interest in FF&E
Skills:
- good knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential
- excellent rendering skills an advantage
- strong communication skills: fluent in English, both written and spoken
- demonstrate a resilient mind set required to work in time critical situations

This is a full-time position.
