HTS has an exciting opportunity for a newly graduated marketing assistant to join our central London office. Working directly with the marketing manager and marketing coordinator you will be involved in all aspects of marketing including creating and updating marketing collateral; preparing presentations; undertaking PQQ and tender submissions; editing images and managing the image library, helping support digital and in person events.

The role includes:

  • creating and updating marketing material e.g. project sheets, practice profile pages, topic pages for use in marketing and new business documents
  • preparing marketing documents and presentations, working closely with the directors, associates and senior engineers
  • supporting the directors, associates and senior engineers in creating PQQ, EOI and Tender submissions with marketing and team assistant support
  • assisting with the organisation of industry and practice events both digital and in-person
  • designing ad-hoc marketing material for events and activities e.g. boards, brochures, adverts, email footers, talks etc.
  • assisting with website and social media posts including content, photography or graphics
  • assisting with the award submissions
  • managing the image library – including naming, copyright, project confidentiality, requesting images from project teams etc.
  • editing images in photoshop for presentation, website and marketing use
  • adhoc marketing and communications activities to support the team

Requirements for the role include:

  • experience of using Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign and Photoshop) and all Microsoft Office packages
  • excellent graphic design and written communication skills
  • self-motivated and able to prioritise activities to meet deadlines
  • pro-active and hands-on approach
  • calm under pressure and able to manage competing demands
  • high level of attention to detail
  • able to communicate with people across all levels
  • enthusiastic and energetic
