Who we are looking for
We are seeking a talented and experienced interior designer with over five years of experience to join our vibrant interior team. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented and passionate about transforming ideas into reality. You should be an out of the box thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics and a deep understanding of the design process from concept to construction.
Key responsibilities:
- formulate and implement design ideas from early studies through to detailed construction documents, employing various graphic techniques including hand-drawn and digital visuals
- prepare client presentations, working drawings and construction documents, making sure they adhere to relevant building codes
- working alongside project leaders to tackle design and buildability challenges, all while staying true to the original design concept
- embrace working in an international and diverse environment
Qualifications we need
- a minimum of five years of professional experience as an interior designer
- strong design skills with the ability to develop and implement concepts from preliminary studies to detailed construction documentation
- ability to develop designs as part of a design team, under the direction of partners and project leaders
- demonstrated knowledge of a diversity of typologies, including commercial, residential and cultural programs
- exceptional aesthetic sensibility and design talent are essential, along with a strong sense of colour coordination
- proficient in CAD, Rhinoceros, Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Id) and Revit
- collaborative team member who can navigate challenging situations while adhering to tight deadlines
- fluency in German, written and spoken, is required; English proficiency is highly desirable

Location
Berlin – this is a full-time, on-site position based in our Berlin office.
