Office/marketing assistant

Fuse Architects is looking for a creative marketing assistant to join its office in London.
We are an architectural practice working across various design sectors including residential, extra care, theatre, and education in London and the southeast. We have created a supportive and fun studio environment and encourage employees at all levels to take ownership and responsibility for quality, delivery and their career development.
The successful applicant will be creative, design focused, enthusiastic, professional and work well within a team. Our preference is for a recent graduate or a graduate with some company experience.
Role summary
This is a varied and exciting role, the successful candidate will provide administrative , design and creative support to the operations manager and the wider architectural team. As a growing practice we see this role as one that will evolve and develop and pivotal in our studio development.
Requirements:
- creatively focused
- good written and oral communication skills
- enthusiastic and outgoing approach
- knowledge of and experience of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, InDesign, Photoshop, and generally IT literate
- organised, proactive and energetic
- ability to plan and prioritise deadlines
Job description:
- manage the front-of-house
- administrative duties to support the entire team
- manage templates, general office, calendars and other documents
- assist with reports , design and access and associated architectural documents
- update social media and website
- create presentations and brochures
- assist with events, internal and external
- provide admin support for various marketing related activities (award submissions, bids etc)
- assist in our health and well being staff initiatives
